Admittedly, I wasn’t sure if I was going to write more blog posts. Not because I couldn’t be bothered or didn’t want to, but because I’ve been really enjoying my time with Torino. I’ve just been ploughing through the seasons.

Admittedly, I wasn’t sure if I was going to write more blog posts. Not because I couldn’t be bothered or didn’t want to, but because I’ve been really enjoying my time with Torino. I’ve just been ploughing through the seasons.
(more…)A second blog post about Torino is almost as shocking as an unexpected finger up the bum, but here we are. I’ve tried to cover the important issues from the first season. The poor squad, lack of funds and a little look at how we performed.
I’ve maybe went over some opinions that I’ve covered in previous blogs, but my views on FM rarely change.
Lets get into it!
(more…)Every November for the past three or four years, I’ve said “I promise to write more blogs” I then write three blogs and don’t write any more because I play very quickly and can’t really be arsed. No bullshit this year, I’ll see what I can be bothered doing. If I write, cool, if I don’t, also cool. Don’t get too invested as I might end up getting bogged down with real life.
So, lets get into my post.
(more…)After five years of sustained success with Dinamo Bucharest, it’s time to depart for pastures new. A lot has changed, so what better way to sign off than to look over what has been achieved and how I went about it.
(more…)Roles picked and explained, it’s time to look at what these players do in my system. I’ll be assessing their stats, how they interact with the wingers ahead of them and some of their general play. (more…)
As a save progresses, I tend to focus on playing and not on updating people on what is happening in my save. Some time has passed since my last update so I’ll give an overview of what has happened and what the plan is going forward. (more…)
I’ve moved forward a bit with Betis and have just started my third season. I just wanted to do a wee update on how things are progressing with the team and building the club up by making small improvements. I also plan to take a look at my transfer business and how the team has changed since I started. (more…)
Each FM player will have their own views on recruitment, maybe they have no views on recruitment? What? No, I know, that’s crazy, everyone is passionate about signings. Nothing sends football fans into a frenzy like a transfer. Here I’m going to delve into my own transfer policy for FM20. (more…)
Taking over a club usually means that people will leave the club. Players are usually most at risk, but a new manager usually has his own coaching team in mind. I rarely have a backroom setup in mind when I join a club, but I know the characteristics I want them to possess. (more…)
There’s been a familiar pattern emerging on my blog for the past couple of years. I start my save, I do a couple of posts and then disappear. I’ll not promise that’s going to change this time round, but I’m planning to do a bit more than in previous years. (Did I say that last year? 🏃♂️💨) (more…)
